First Active Lowest Ever Mortgage Rates

First Active – lowest ever fixed rates from 16th January 2006 First Active is introducing new 2 and 5 year fixed rate deals from Monday 16th January which will be their lowest ever rates.

Both will be extremely competitively priced at 4.55% (2 year) and 4.70% (5 year). They also offer one of the lowest long term rates on the market at 5.6%.

First Active, launched in June 2004, has made a rapid and significant impact on the mortgage market with its ‘Mortgages the way they’re meant to be’ proposition. It has already lent £3.6bn to nearly 60,000 customers.
